We collect information that you provide directly, information generated from your orders, bookings and account activity, and limited technical data such as device, browser and log details needed to operate the platform securely.
When you shop or book on Indian Mall we may collect your name, mobile number, email, delivery address, order history and support messages so we can fulfil orders and assist you.
Vendor accounts may include business name, KYC documents, GST and bank details, store address, product listings, order records and settlement information required to operate a seller account.
Service provider accounts may include profile details, service listings, service area, booking history, payout information and documents submitted during registration and verification.
Delivery partner accounts may include name, mobile number, vehicle and KYC details, assignment history, location data during active deliveries, and payment or incentive records.
We use information to create accounts, process orders and bookings, assign deliveries, provide customer support, improve the marketplace, send service updates, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
